| Payment for online purchases can be made via IMPAC credit cards or any of the following major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. In accordance with the law, state sales tax will be added (at the time of shipment) for orders shipped to Illinois and Kentucky. Your bank statement will show charges from TSMGI. |
| To pay via personal check or money order, please call Customer Service at 1-866-RACE-USG (1-866-722-3874) to place your order. Checks must be made payable to TSMGI. Please be sure to include shipping charges (see chart in Delivery section) and applicable state sales tax. |

| Delivery |
| Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard UPS delivery (distance dictates delivery days). Due to product demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable when your order is placed. You will be notified if any item is temporarily unavailable. You will be advised when the item will be available and given the option of shipping your order complete or shipping available items immediately and shipping the remainder of your order as soon as product is available. |
| All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground services unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on an estimated shipping chart (see chart below). Credit card orders will automatically be charged shipping amounts at time of shipment. |
